MILAM Projects is a creative project management platform dedicated to supporting social and micro-enterprises in realizing their visions for positive change and helping to fulfill their dreams. Rooted in humanitarian and social impact, we work alongside communities to co-design and implement projects that drive meaningful, sustainable outcomes.

The name MILAM – རྨི་ལམ།, meaning dream in Tibetan – reflects the deep inspiration drawn from time spent living and working alongside Tibetan Indigenous communities and nomadic peoples across the Himalayas and Tibetan Plateau.

Our practice is development-oriented, grounded in social justice, human rights, community development, culture, health and well-being. We champion participatory processes and human-centered design, using creative problem-solving to support strength-based initiatives, health promotions and product development that empower communities from the ground up.
